Man...........I just went to turn in some scrap copper and the price has plummeted to 90c for number 1 and 70c a lb for number two...........WTF! seven or eight mths ago I got over 3 bucks>>>

I think you got screwed. I went a week ago and got $2.70 I don't think it went down 2 bucks in a week.>>>

The last time I took copper in I got $3.30 a pound, about a year ago. I here it's about $2.00 for clean and bright now. I HAD 250 LBS. that was nice>>>

When the price of scrap copper goes up, so does the price of all the new metals we use. Not a good thing if you are in the "buying' mode.>>>
