What do you see wrong with this roof and what would be the potential problems? Wondering how many opinions I can get on this. Thanks for any help.

I would need a few more pictures to be able to scope out the rest of the roof, but from what I do notice is an angle change (or so it seems from the picture) what is the pitch of the roof? Is it Full Ice and water if it’s a low pitch?
