That's the biggest reason I didn't vote for him Alba. Most of that has been common knowledge for a couple of decades. Him hiring illegal day laboroers nd then trying not to pay them was newer knowledge to me.
He is a piece of s h i t no doubt. But he was the card we were dealt if we wanted to break away from the bigger pos's. Let's will now see if the little turd turns in to diarrhea
Where's this info/data that Trump stiffed someone - and hiring illegals?

The internet
investors in his companies lost their shirt because the stock and the bonds became worthless while he reaped tens of millions of $$ as a CEO .trump university is a fraud .people hope his business acumen will change Washington.the American people were duped by a con man .a snake oil salesman and have become the laughing stock of the world.the good news is that 4 years will go by fast.
I've also heard it calculated that if The Donald would have taken his inheritance and put it in the stock market, in a low risk, low cost fund that matches the market, he would have more money than he has made in his businesses.
None of this is new or uncommon knowledge TomB
AAAhhh...."The internet"......That makes it all valid...LOFL

AMifIGAF
It's like 30 year old news TomB....duh ...before the internet even
Glad to hear that, Mike and thank you. One thing we do not still have in common is the joy of being able to talk to a living father. I do talk to mine a lot, even though he can't sit with me in the flesh, I take care of him in my mind the way he took care of me growing up. I set a place for him in this world of current events which he took so much passionate interest in. Not the same, but it's ok. I know you will appreciate every minute you guys have for as long as it's there. Give him my regards.

During the Atlantic City casino boom in the 1980s, Philadelphia cabinet-builder Edward Friel Jr. landed a $400,000 contract to build the bases for slot machines, registration desks, bars and other cabinets at Harrah's at Trump Plaza.
The family cabinetry business, founded in the 1940s by Edward’s father, finished its work in 1984 and submitted its final bill to the general contractor for the Trump Organization, the resort’s builder.
Edward’s son, Paul, who was the firm’s accountant, still remembers the amount of that bill more than 30 years later: $83,600. The reason: the money never came. “That began the demise of the Edward J. Friel Company… which has been around since my grandfather,†he said.
Donald Trump often portrays himself as a savior of the working class who will "protect your job." But a USA TODAY NETWORK analysis found he has been involved in more than 3,500 lawsuits over the past three decades — and a large number of those involve ordinary Americans, like the Friels, who say Trump or his companies have refused to pay them.
At least 60 lawsuits, along with hundreds of liens, judgments, and other government filings reviewed by the USA TODAY NETWORK, document people who have accused Trump and his businesses of failing to pay them for their work. Among them: a dishwasher in Florida. A glass company in New Jersey. A carpet company. A plumber. Painters. Forty-eight waiters. Dozens of bartenders and other hourly workers at his resorts and clubs, coast to coast. Real estate brokers who sold his properties. And, ironically, several law firms that once represented him in these suits and others.
Trump’s companies have also been cited for 24 violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act since 2005 for failing to pay overtime or minimum wage, according to U.S. Department of Labor data. That includes 21 citations against the defunct Trump Plaza in Atlantic City and three against the also out-of-business Trump Mortgage LLC in New York. Both cases were resolved by the companies agreeing to pay back wages.
One of several possible "take-away's" from that....
Even The Donald is afraid of roofers.
I think he got a roofer in NY. Did you hear that his great grandfather sold someone a mule with only three shoes?
Ok, then. That would not have been in this country. Did they put shoes on horses in the old country? If they did, and they wanted to make them special, would they have been Cadillac gold shoes or lemon yellow shoes? (rotfl)
Twill - re; Trump & his alleged off-color/exploitative R/E development issues - Considering the abundance of his probable dealings, I would expect far-far more disgruntled souls - He must be a pretty fair guy. The R/E development biz is a rough scene - full of ruthless types - Appears he's managed to trudge through and be very successful.
