them folks should work for social services in our inner cities and mountainous regions. LA,Miami,Houston,New York,West Virginia,tennessee,hill country,the ozarks,and so on. it'd sure cut govt spending on welfare,and everyone without kids having to support kids.

Kids having kids is not good but to take away from parents who want to raise them is worse,are they still in midevial times or what??
