Were would you want these people to go on Sundays. These people get these jobs in the church from the "good 7 day a week christians" apathy by letting someone else do these jobs without mentors.

This happens to me on occasion. I also cry when i hear(or read) great truth.(happiness) It doesn't happen often but This happened several times reading this thread.
